Welcome to my website! 

My clinic is located within Healing Massage Retreat 550 Latona Road; Building C Suite 305; Rochester, NY 14626 right behind LA Fitness on West Ridge Road. 

I am an independent contractor / self employed. I work on weekdays and every other weekends. Appointment is required which can be done online thru my booking page.

I offer various massage treatments, more specifically, deep tissue or trigger point therapy. 

Muscle aches, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, headaches, migraine, frozen shoulder, insomnia, plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, leg pain, neck and shoulders or just for relaxation massage are the most common reasons on why clients seek for a massage treatment.
 

I offer  Deep Feet Therapy than can be done on the table or on the floor as well. I utilized feet, pressure is more deeper, broader and more effective for someone looking for real deep tissue massage. Your range of motion will greatly improved after a couple of sessions. 
 

This technique is not recommended for clients that has spinal problems and to elderly clients.

Massage has a vital role in maintaining physical and emotional wellness. I recommend to have it at least once a month for a regular maintenance to prevent injuries and muscular problems.
